The room was absolutely perfect, had amazing private bathroom. An electric kettle and fridges were a huge plus. The hotel was placed in the beachfront location on the Restuarant.

The rooms here are cheap and modern looking. The breakfast is delicious and very good and offers toast, fruit, and eggs. The setting is particularly good, not far from handy shops right out the front happy hour as well as nice garden, shopping area.

The bathrooms are smelly.

It was fairly clean, the staff was fairly friendly and superfriendly, plus the service was very good. We had a very very good breakfast with fresh omelettes, mushrooms and continental food included. We had a really nice stay at this boutique hotel.

Beautiful location in a very nice area right by handy shops right out the front happy hour, the beach and sea and street shopping area. Quick check-in and late check-out, BEST staff. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including toast, fruit, and eggs.

the room was perfect, not to mention views over the sea from the window. the breakfast was great; toast, fruit and eggs. location: the hotel was near to the main shopping area as well as the center of khao lak. the check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall.

Facilities were fantastic, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, private balcony with palm tree view. Convenient location near restaurants. Friendly male staff, cheerful breakfast chef. Quiet hotel with soothing wave sounds, peaceful atmosphere.

Good price/performance ratio. Great beach, very good location. Not far to shop and go out.

The air condition of the neighboured resort (kitchen/restaurant) roared half the night and did not make the evenings on the in itself very nice balcony with a great view to the sea a real experience. I wouldn't book like this again.

The breakfast was delicious and great and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. The location was amazing, at a medium distance from Mcdonald Khaolak. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a supermarket. A beachfront restaurant was pleasant.

Do recommend this place and would stay here again. Fairly clean, trendy boutique hotel, I loved reasonably spacious and cheap rooms and welcoming staff.

The hotel had recently undergone construction and we stayed in one of the new rooms, which we loved. The whole look of the room was modern and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options including rice, chicken, toast, pancakes. The highlight of the breakfast was the friendly and energetic egg man, who cooked delicious fried eggs and omelettes for everyone.

Although the new rooms were visually appealing, we found them somewhat uncomfortable. The entire room, from floor to roof, was made of concrete, giving it a sterile warehouse feel.

I won't praise it any further because I want it all to myself.

Clean place with good view of the beach. Decent and outstanding coffee, fruit, toast and eggs in the morning. Simply no complaints whatsoever, great stay.

The hotel is on a stunning beach and very close to nice restaurants. The breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
